About Silent Beach Yoga
Silent Beach Yoga was created in Australia in 2020. The typical yoga experience felt flat and always too crowded to even perform some of the required yoga moves. In a world where personal space has never been such an issue, SBY was born.
Find freedom and peace in the great outdoors. Grounded in soft earth, watching the waves crash at sunset or sunrise, and moving through an invigorating vinyasa flow session that will leave you feeling peaceful, radiant and alive. It is a gorgeous, iconic and peaceful environment that is the home to magical yoga.
The Experience
Set in some of the worlds most magical beaches of Byron Bay, Bali, Perth and Cape Town, SBY is transforming the yoga experience. Personal space has never been such an issue and with SBY you can have as much space as you want and tune in at your own volume.
Yoga will never be the same. SBY is creating a level of zen that we rarely experience in our day to day lives. It’s about becoming better connected to yourself and the world around you……
